Notice of Next Design Terms of Use Revision

Thank you for using Next Design products.

We have revised parts of the Software License Agreement and Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), with an effective date of Friday, October 20, 2023. The new agreement will apply from that date.
The purpose of this revision is to clarify the handling of personal information and information necessary for the contract, as well as to improve the readability of the clauses. The core intent of the contract remains unchanged.

The details of the revision are as follows.

Scope of Application

Regardless of the program version or the date and time you started using it, the new agreement will apply starting from the revision date mentioned above.
In some cases, the "Software License Agreement" displayed during program installation may still be the pre-revision version, but it will be updated to the new agreement sequentially along with updates.

End User License Agreement, Article 9: Handling of Personal Information
1. The customer agrees that we collect and use the customer's personal information obtained through the following, after taking necessary security management measures.
・User registration information provided by the customer's user registration
・Information on users and computers obtained through activation
2. The customer agrees that we use the customer's personal information to provide support services, introduce our products, and conduct questionnaires.
3. The customer agrees that we provide personal information to necessary third parties when we perform the actions in the preceding paragraph.
4. The customer may request the disclosure of their personal information by following the necessary procedures against us.
5. The customer may request the correction of their personal information or changes to user registration information to us. We will process requests for correction of personal information or changes to user registration information from customers at an appropriate timing.
6. If this Agreement is concluded as a result of sales activities by our sales partner, the customer's personal information collected through this Agreement may be jointly used with such sales partner.		 (Revised) End User License Agreement, Article 9: Handling of Personal Information
1. We handle the customer's personal information obtained in connection with the customer's use of the Product ("Personal Information") in accordance with the following. The customer agrees that we collect and use the Personal Information.
・Reception of user registration information
・Activation of the Product and provision of other services related to the Product
・Provision of maintenance services and other support services
2. In addition to the above, the customer agrees that we use the Personal Information when conducting our product introductions and questionnaire surveys.
3. The customer agrees that we provide the Personal Information to subcontractors who utilize it when performing the actions set forth in the preceding two paragraphs.
4. We will implement safety management measures required by applicable laws and regulations when processing the Personal Information.
5. For inquiries, corrections, or deletions regarding the Personal Information, please make a request through the inquiry contact window below. After confirming that the request is made by the data subject, we will disclose, correct, or delete the Personal Information within a reasonable period.

6. If this Agreement is concluded as a result of sales activities by our sales partner, the customer's personal information collected through this Agreement may be jointly used with such sales partner.

* Activation of the Product or provision of any other services related to the Product
* Provision of Support Services
2. In addition to the foregoing, you agree that we utilize Personal Information for marketing activities or market survey of our Products
3. You agree that we may disclose Personal Information to external service providers that we use to perform the activities specified in the paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Section.
4. We will implement security measures required by applicable laws and regulations in relation to processing of Personal Information.
5. Request for correction or deletion of Personal Information shall be submitted to us through the contact information indicated below. We will disclose, correct or delete the Personal Information after we confirm that the request is made by the data subject of the Personal Information

6. If this Agreement is concluded as a result of our distribution partner’s marketing activities, we may jointly utilize your Personal Information collected under this Agreement with such distribution partner.

5. If the End User License Agreement is terminated due to cancellation or expiration of the term, this Agreement shall also terminate.
In the event of termination of the Next Design End User License Agreement, whether by cancellation or expiration of the term, this agreement shall concurrently terminate.
