DENSO CREATE INC. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Eimei Miyagawa) will exhibit "Next Design," a design tool that supports the development of large-scale and complex systems and software by bringing digital transformation to on-site design processes, at EdgeTech+ West 2023, held at Grand Front Osaka from July 27 (Thu) to 28 (Fri), 2023.
We will also be exhibiting the workload and project management tool TimeTracker NX and the design review support tool Lightning Review.
Our booth will feature three products: "Next Design", "TimeTracker NX", and "Lightning Review".

■ System and Software Design Tool "Next Design"
This is a next-generation design tool for embedded systems and software. By defining development characteristics using metamodels and customizing the appearance of deliverables through views, you can tailor the tool specifically for your development site.
It promotes the digital transformation and unification of design information, which tends to become fragmented in large-scale distributed development, while supporting improved design quality and efficiency through diverse features such as traceability and product lines.
Since its release in September 2020, it has been adopted by numerous users, primarily in the automotive industry.
We will be introducing Next Design V3, which received a major version update this February.
■ Workload and Project Management Tool "TimeTracker NX"
This tool supports business improvement by making workload and project management visible. With simple drag-and-drop operations, you can input your workload in just about one minute. By continuously inputting workload, highly accurate actual workload data accumulates. This allows you to see the actual conditions on-site and grasp opportunities for improvement.
Since its launch in 2004, it has been used across a wide range of industries, with a proven track record of over 80,000 users.
We introduce TimeTracker NX 5.5, which now allows team members to check work schedules and statuses with a single click, released last autumn.
■ Design Review Support Tool "Lightning Review"
This tool supports the "review activities" carried out daily in development environments. Feedback and correction results can be recorded directly, ensuring that details are communicated accurately. It also helps prevent oversights in reviews and corrections, supporting improvements in the quality of deliverables.
Since its launch in September 2017, it has been used by over 13,000 users, primarily in software development and hardware design environments.
We introduce Lightning Review 2.5, which supports distributed development using Git and automated operations, released this March.
Measures for Preventing COVID-19 Infections
At our booth, we plan to implement the following measures to prevent COVID-19 infections and droplet spreading:
- Equipment such as PCs and mice will be regularly disinfected with alcohol.
- Exhibition staff will thoroughly check their body temperature in advance and assist visitors while wearing masks and taking other precautions.
